My wife uses a 110. I use 130 plus or minus. Need good poles in a pinch that work for both? This is perfect for us on the slopes. We might even take up Nordic style.

Grooves poles. Super light, easy to adjust, yet solid where you need strength . Heavier than a fixed length pole, but not by much. Swings differently than the all aluminum bd poles. Weight in the swing seems a little lower. The extra grip works great for traversing and general carry / maneuvering. The strap is an improvement, but a releasable strap may be more state of the art. For the price, you would be a fool to pass them up. They rock ... Fits a range of people in one size .... Female weighing 110 can use the same pole as a dude at at 165.
