Black Diamond Sportswear Cole Jacket - Microfleece (For Men)

Just bought my third one, love it so much! Light enough to not cause overheating, yet warm even when sweat-soaked. I wear it mountain biking in fall and start of winter, and backwoods skiing. It's my main second layer. Had to buy a third because my lovely bride started using one of my other two!

I bought this as a wind breaker over my base-layer for hiking. It's lightweight, warm, dries quick and packs well. It's perfect for what I was looking for and the cost wasn't bad. It's also stylish enough to wear in town.

Already had one in red and black liked so well wanted another.

I use this product for work and play. It's light and warm for what it is, also dries quickly. Nothing bad about it considering the cost.

I ride my bicycle 40 to 60 miles per week, and needed something that kept me warm without overheating. These microfleece jackets have proved to be absolutely perfect! They're also great for travel, because you can wear them alone or in combination with a vest, a waterproof shell, or both. Talk about low-weight/low-bulk versatility!

If you're looking for hi-tech outdoor fleece - this isn't it. Feels flimsily made but to its credit also feels warm and comfortable. If you're looking for a sweater-replacement and just plan on wearing it for knock-about weekends, it should fit the bill perfectly - otherwise, keep looking.

I purchased this ahead of a 2 week backpacking tour of Peru that would involve a moderate amount of early morning/late night hikes that necessitated cold-weather layering. I was let down the moment I tried on the size small of this fleece jacket. It's as if the jacket were a size large and they just lopped off the bottom and called it a small. The waist is huge and billowing. At 5'8" and 140 pounds, I purchase size smalls expecting a fitted look -- this jacket couldn't have been further from that. I gave it 2 stars because at least it was warm. But I did have to wear it under another jacket because of the bad sizing.
