Double Diamond by Black Diamond Sportswear Microfleece Tights (For Men)

I upsized based on reviews, which changes these from "tights" to "slim lounge pants". Although somewhat stretchy, a thicker person might not have enough to accomodate. I only wear them at home, not out & about. Launders well; no pilling or excess lint. Waist and length are good, but crotch rides low (due to upsize); folding over the waistband helps, but not necessary. I'm on the slim side of average and find them comfortable -- mostly due to the soft material, not for the fit. They're oddly cut -- I put them on backwards in the dark once and didn't notice any difference. At all. That oughta tell you something....

These are warm fleece tights. Wear them around the house (when nobody is around), or to your next superhero convention. They are slim fitting and well made. With the slim fit and no pockets, they work well for a winter sports non-bulky mid layer. All my Black Diamond wear appears durable and made to last.

These tights were advertised as 2nds, but it was not for cosmetic reasons. The first pair I ordered was woefully misshapen; I could barely put one leg in at all as the material was too narrow and twisted when it was sewn. I paid for the return and received another pair: same problem, not quite as dramatic as the first, but still uncomfortable and unwearable. I know this can be a great product as I have a pair that are actually made right. There is a serious problem of quality control here. STP should not be selling items that are really messed up. I spent $12 in shipping, wasted time and goodwill, and have nothing to show for it.

Definitely need to order at least one size greater.

XL was too tight on my thighs & restricted movement. XXL was too big in the waist but fit good over my legs. I'm 6'2" 185 lbs. 34 inch waist.

Excellent item for the price!

I plan to use these to layer with my other downhill skiing attire, with the outer layer being a thick pair of wool pants, so these should be terrific for that purpose. They are a bit tight, but with "tights" in the product name and description, I expected that a bit. I look forward to wearing them in action.

these tights are warm and comfortable on long runs. They don't have a lot of stretch to them, so make sure you order your size or larger.
