    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    "Flash fly" is a poor description. Not much flash and not even close to the image shown. Very sparsely applied "flash" and the color is more of a dull blue than flash. Purchased to strip and drift in front of chums and silvers but I don't know if the flies will have enough "flash" appeal to trigger strikes. The capital punishment flies on the site are a much better "flash fly" type fly. BIG disappointment.

    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    Fishing the Rangeley area of Maine this spring and supposedly a secret weapon for landlocked salmon are "flash flies" preferably with some red. This fits the bill. We shall see if they work!
