    Maybe overdressed with too much material. Otherwise good hook and material used for the pattern. Proportions appear good but it does have a lot of material... rubber legs, wings of hair and poly material, crystal flash, heavily palmered/hackled. Will have to try it...looks good to fisherman but to fish???
