Closeouts. From backcountry to front, powder to piste, the Blizzard Supersonic alpine ski excels in any terrain and offers fine-tuned performance from top to bottom. With its modulated sidecut, the G-Force turns on a dime and carves like a race ski while offering plenty of off-trail capability.

Steal these from STP! I'm from CT and could not find these at any shop, sold out or willing to order at full retail, no tx... Had to order them from pow land to get them. This is the #1 rated "speed" ski from ski mag. that scores best in forgiveness, short turns, quickness, moguls... No it will not excell in powder with it's 72mm waist, but that fat shovel and tail will get you through it if u need. Skied on packed dry powder, moguls, extra firm corduroy and ice. Short turns, long racing arcs, medium speed/ fast speed the ski will not fail you, go anywhere and it obliges faithfully. I typically buy race skis for part one of quiver, for the edge hold (x racer) in typical NE conditons, you will love the edge hold. They do have more than adequate rebound but don't have that sometimes obnoxious tail rebound inherent in race skis, you'll feel in control. Also, they will let you skid if you're getting tired out there (or skiing w/ your kids...). Really they do whatever you need to do with you being the pilot without any noticeable overbearing characteristics. Point being Blizzard has done it, the perfect ski for NE'ish conditions, it's a blast, don't look at it as being in the speed category (though it is if you need it), beyond the waist size. PS- Bought Black Diamond Kilowat from STP for the fluffy or soft days. The 2 combined = the ultimate quiver.
