Bright-N-Early Espresso Bars
Energy Bar Recipe
Mix the following ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2 Cups Granola
1 Cup Dried Pomegranates
1 Cup Almonds
1/2 Cup Honey
Add a layer of chocolate to a 9"x9" pan. Melt the chocolate in a microwave.
Add 1/2 Cup Coffee Beans and spread evenly over the chocolate.
Pour the nut mixture over the coffee and chocolate. Press the nuts firmly into the chocolate.
Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens. Then cut into squares and enjoy.
