“Stylish and Affordable”

“I have an ancient pair of Sorel boots that are heavy and very utilitarian, but they are warm and waterproof and give me great traction. Finally I decided that I wanted a better look for work and church, but yowza! Sorels are expensive! So I started looking for a more affordable boot, and found these Blondos. I ordered a size 9 (I usually wear an 8 - 8.5 W) and they're perfect. The soles grip in the slush, the waterproofing is great and they look beautiful, more shoe-like than boot-like. I missed the stitching on the top of the foot when I was looking at the picture online. (I guess I didn't look at the large pic.) It came as a pleasant surprise when I opened the box. They're very attractive. I'll still use my clunky old Sorels for heavy-duty use, like snow shoveling, but these Blondos will do very well for times that I want to look a little more put-together.”
