Reviewed by Storm from Chicago on Sunday, January 13, 2013When I first put them on, I thought they were comfortable, however when I started walking, there was no support whatsoever and my heel started hurting! Dr. Scholls insoles helped a little so I decided to keep them though they weren't the most comfortable boots I own. Now after 2 months, one of the decorative belt came off and it's now hanging and I now have to figure out how to fix it! I would return if I could - I don't want to spend more money on these boots!

Wanted ankle boots to wear to work with dress slacks. I'm middle-aged and NO fashionista, but these boots were lined with plaid fuzzy stuff and just looked, well...clunky. Superb quality and very toasty, just not what I wanted. Returned them, so thank you STP for easy no-hassle returns!

I was thrilled that they came in wide-width, but I tried them on and they instantly pinched. So sad! I will continue walking around the house, in hopes that they will stretch. I really want them to work, and haven't yet given up.
