    It got cold here over night so I got to wear my new boots already..they are tight on the calf which I need and like. But if that's an issue for you these won't work. They are well made and have rubber soles that are great for inclement weather and they are very warm..not just a thin leather. These will be my new favorites.

    I ordered these boots 1/2 size smaller as the website suggests. As a result the footbed fit just fine. The problem was that I couldn't get the boots zipped over my calf (I don't think my calves are particularly thick, either). Too bad, because the boots are quite lovely

    I ordered a half size smaller than my usual size, and they fit correctly for me. These are a nice basic boot, with a medium heel. They are nearly too tight around the calf, and my legs are not thick. So if you are skinny, these will fit.
