    I have been looking for just the right boot. I now have it. It had to be comfortable the minute I put it on or forget it. I'll be keeping these for a long time. I am an average size 6 and these fit and work well. My calf is on the muscular side and the top part of the boot is just a slight bit snug.

    I had a short break-in with these boots because the toe box is just a bit narrow for me. But the leather stretched fine and now these are comfortable. I live in a snowy state and wanted something waterproof with a little style, and these did it for me.

    What a disappointment. Great looking but I thought I would sprain my ankle ( which is very thin) trying to twist my leg to get in these. I followed the red letter size advice and it was not helpful.I should have got a larger, not smaller, size, and even then don't know it would be been better .

    I really like these boots and the price is great. I do have a narrow foot so they are slightly wide on me but I just wear them with heavier socks. I usually wear an 81/2 and ordered down to an 8 as suggested. I've gotten lots of compliments!
