Toe color is quite a bit darker and much more pronounced than the photo shows, but not in a bad way or anything. I love the zipper on the side so I get the look of the laces and buckles, but only have to adjust them one time instead of every time I want to wear them. The boot is very warm, and the traction has been fabulous on the ice we have had recently. They are fairly well cushioned, but I did put some inserts in and really liked the extra cushion when I had them on all day long. I did notice one of the zippers "unzipped" it's self while I was wearing them when I had my jeans over the top of them. Not sure it will be an issue, but have never had that happen before with other boots.

Buying shoes sight unseen is a roll-of-the-dice, too. I bought a size 9 (her normal shoe size), but was nervous as other reviewers remarked that they might run a bit small. The 9's were perfect! She tried them on and said they were a perfect fit and very comfortable. So, I wrapped them up as a "surprise" Christmas gift.

They are very nice quality; the leather is supple and the stitching is solid. I got the Cafe color, which is pretty true to the picture, kind of a taupe that would go with just about anything. They do run a tad small. I typically wear a 7 and I got a 7.5, which will be perfect with a good pair of socks. I also prefer a boot with a little wider toe box and, while not a "comfort" shoe per se, this bootie is very easy to wear and doesn't feel too narrow. They will be a great addition to my fall wardrobe!

They are a lovely burgundy color with a slightly darker toe cap and heel. The leather is beautifully soft and treated with AquaProtect. The inside has a light wool mix lining. The 1.5 inch heel is very comfortable and the rugged sole has good grip. The extra buckle details are a nice touch. These boots look great with jeans or casual skirts.
These are my first Blondo boots and I’m very impressed with the quality and comfort. I will definitely buy this brand again.

I love the color, the warmth, and how waterproof they are (I live in Portland!).
