    The cover on this comforter is a really beautiful satin stripe. I hate to cover it up with the duvet I bought. Yes, the down shifts, but it is really really warm. I have to turn OFF the electric mattress pad because it gets too warm. I sleep in the COLD basement- Temps at 55-60 degrees. It fits fine on the full size bed, but may be too small for a queen

    Everything about it - the material, the down quality, & construction - was right except the down was so unevenly distributed throughtout the comforter. Some baffles had hardly any while others were generously filled. Had to return it. Otherwise, I would have kept it.

    This comforter would be great if I still lived in snow country. It is too warm and too heavy for my foothills location, where my home rarely gets colder than 58 degrees, even with the heater turned off.
