Blue Willi's Cotton Knit Sweater Skirt (For Women)

As anticipated, Blue Willi quality. Bit clunky so not figure flattering.

beautiful knit pattern and design. Need to wear a belt to sinch in waist for a trim look.

Crosses the age barrier. I'm 58 - I would still have loved this in my 20's. My 24 year old daughter loves it too and she's my best critic (and wardrobe scavenger). That's what I get for having a daughter the same clothing and shoe size. Haven't washed it yet so no comment on the care of this item but it is very flattering. Love the texture of the knit.

I can forget I'm wearing this- it's so easy fitting. (-But must think of keeping light color clean.) Substantial knit wears kindly without clinging. Have missed a piece like this in my wardrobe for quite awhile.

I had to return for a size larger. Runs small.

This is a lovely skirt that I hate having to return. All designers face a problem with women 5'4" to 5'10" because how do you design a skirt that's the right length for such a large spread? I'm at the 5'4" end and even with a 30" inseam, long for my height, this skirt is 2" below the knee. Some women like that length; I like to show off my long legs. This skirt is knit and cannot be shortened, so you either like the longer length or grow taller. It has a nice slit up the side, which does show off a tasteful bit of skin, but this is basically a work skirt, not a "date" skirt. It's very comfortable and I'm terribly disappointed to return it. Like at BW clothes, it is unique and an eye catcher.

I was looking for a casual summer skirt and this is perfect. It is very comfortable. The design makes it unique, and I like that. As someone else noted, the fabric is a little heavy for a skirt meant for summer.

This is a cute and comfortable skirt for casual wear. It just covers my knees, and the slit isn't too high. The fine construction -- with Blue Willi's usual attention to detail -- and the interesting pattern of the knit keep the skirt from being run-of-the-mill. For me it has two drawbacks: it doesn't go with a lot of the sweaters and tops in my wardrobe, and white isn't the most practical color. Still, I'm happy with this skirt.

I don't like this as much in the short length with the front split. The fabric is heavy. Would make a nice sweater.
