    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    I am thick wasted with a smaller hip/butt ratio. This skirt was very flattering. The picture online did not do it justice. Nice finishing details. It gives an hourglass illusion to those of us with an ruler/apple figure. It is comfortable, too. If you are short or thick waisted this may be the perfect skirt.

    Skirt was my size but was too low cut. The length was added by making it way below the waist. Not a very good design

    I have other Blue Willi's products and their quality is always excellent and their sizes run true to size. However, this skirt was a size 10 but the waist was at least a 14. The length was about two inches shorter than advertized.
