“The skirt is really heavy material, which is nice becasue it won't wear out and wind doesn't go right through it. Definitely not for spring or summer. The waist is a little small, but I don't have much of a waist so if you have an hour glass figure it would be fine. I wear a 10 and I bought the size they said corresponded with 10. It is fine, a little tight but not bad, seems to be designed to fit like that. If you are boarderline 10/12 though you should by a size up. Otherwise it is great and at a good price for this brand.”
