    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    The fabric and the studs were more glittery than the picture, so it looked cheap. But the worst part was the poochy gathered pockets right at hip level. NOT flattering. If you have no hips and need to look like you have some, go for it. I couldn't send this back fast enough.

    Finally, the perfect thing to wear for a holiday party (or any other time) when I want to be both stylish and comfortable. This skirt would look great with a ruffled white blouse, dressy flats, low heels or boots, and a little form-fitting velvet jacket I have. Great for festive events where I don't want to freeze.
