“Sizing off and quality of lining off”

“Sirs:I'm finding that the sizing is a bit small. I am an 11 1/2 medium [...] to me that the UK 10 1/2 should work.I'm noticing that the lining on the Blunderstone shoes near my small toes appears to be wearing thin and the shoes are hurting me at times.Previously I bought Roques in size 11 1/2 med and they were leather lined and very comfortable. I bought 4 pair of the Roques and have worn them all the time since the purchase. It was my hope that the Blundstones would be the replacement product and thus I bought 6 pairs. I've worn two pairs , one for inside wear and one for outside wear. Both pairs are starting to hurt me a bit. I think its a sizing issue coupled with the lack of leather lining..these shoes are fabric lined.L”
