“Concrete floors feel harsh with boots”

“I have been wearing this boot to work for two weeks now. I work in a manufacturing facility and spend close to one quarter to half my time walking on the concrete shop floor. The rest of the time I am behind a desk. This shoe is close to perfect for me, but I wouldn't recommend it to someone who spends all day standing on bare concrete. The heel cushioning is good, but it is lacking padding for the front of the foot. I tried a few different insoles without success. The insoles take up too much space in the shoe and my foot was crammed up against the top of the boot and rubbing on the steel toe. But without adding an insole, the boot fits very well, and I don't even notice the steel toe.”
