No, I would not recommend this to a friend

“I almost always buy large from STP (6'0" 180lbs). The large in this Body Glove Black was more like a small (and I know hot rash guards and wet suits are supposed too fit). Buy at least 2 sizes larger than you think is required. BTW, my wife took it and she is 5'4" tall and 125lbs.”
