    I have bought severals pairs of these shoes, and wear them , daily. I walk at least three miles per day, on pavement, and wear when I am gardening in my yard. These shoes hold up well, and truly tone legs, and core. They are an exceptional price, better shoes than many priced 10X as much. Also, I suffer from shin splints, and with these shoes, and miles of walking on pavement every day, I have had no pain.

    Sierra trading post is now my favorite online shopping store! The shoes are great! I wear fit flops which have a similar arch. I have to wear closed toed shoes at work and i could tell the difference in my post.ure almost immediately. The feel a little on the half size too big, bu it's nothing a good pair of socks can't fix.
