“Bought with my grandchildren in mind. This is probably a good product for beginning swimmers until they gain confidence in their ability; however, it does not qualify as a PFD (personal flotation device)and should not be used with that intent. It was not allowed in our public swimming pool and for that reason it was returned unopened and untried!”
