The shirt is made of quality materials, think of a thin wetsuit shirt. I recommend ordering a size larger than usual due to the difficulty in removing the shirt. The shirt traps heat and will not allow sweat to escape. I used the shirt during weightlifting and cardio sessions and the amount of sweat lost is unbelievable. If you want to lose some water weight or workout in a cold gym, this shirt works well.
