    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    I ordered various sizes for a group marine project and they appear to run a bit small. I'm 5'10" and weigh about 180lbs. The large fit me perfect everywhere except in the arms, shoulders, and neck it was very tight. I have a muscular build, but I'm not huge.

    Haven't used this yet, it's still winter. I got it for windsurfing, surfing, and SUPing in warm conditions. It looks and fits exactly as i'd hoped.

    This is the first time I've used a wetsuit, so I'm no expert. This suit worked great and kept me warm while checking out the turtles, rays, and tunicates in Wailea, Kihei, and Makena.
