Customer Reviews Of:
Bogner Romana Cotton-Wool Blazer (For Women)
Closeouts. At once classic and capricious, Bogner's Romana blazer is made from a softly heathered blend of merino wool and cotton, with unexpected twists of fashion at the collar, where a slick roll of nylon threads through a loop and anchors with a lambskin belt strap. Bright floral lining throughout.
Reviewed by Dandy like a Dandelion from Texas on Wednesday, June 18, 2014I bought this jacket back in winter and, since it is a spring/summer blazer, I did not have a chance to wear it until recently. It’s made of a lighter fabric (a combination of wool and cotton) but is not super lightweight; the fabric resists wrinkling pretty well – I’m pleased with how it handles it. Leather accents near a neckline along with taffeta collar create nice, somewhat relaxed and contemporary touches to this otherwise classic jacket. I also like this jacket’s colour; it’s a combination of raspberry and orange (more into pinks/coral than into orange) and pairs nicely with cream and aqua/turquaoise. The cut is feminine and flattering with a tapered waistline. I believe it’s true to size; I weight 100 lbs and measure 34”– 25”– 35” in chest, waist, and hips respectively, and size 4 in this jacket fits me well.
