    I got these shoes for biking in the cold and they seem top do the trick arounf 32 degrees but I haven't used them below that temp. yet.

    These shoes fit snugly, as they have a neoprene-ish liner under an exterior of suede. The sole, toe area, and heel are well-covered with thick rubber, and seem as if they'd provide good protection against the wet. Overall feel is a bit heavy, but very comfortable.
