    Bottom Line:
    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    Because it is a short boot, it is way too loose around the leg (calf). It is also a very heavy boot w/ 1" or more rubber under the foot (maybe to help w/ insulation factor). We will look for a taller pair.
