    I bought these boots for rainy/snowy Chicago weather. They're cute (although I would have preferred the black ones), but the right boot rubs something awful! They left boot is fine, but the right boot cuts into my ankle. They are very warm-a thin sock is all that is necessary. It's a good thing too, because your feet tend to get a little hot/sweaty. I also wish they were a little taller. They hit a full 6" below my knee, and I am 5'2. The boot shaft stretches to accommodate bigger calves, which is a major plus. They are a teensy bit snug-I am a 6 1/2-7, and I ordered a 7. I think an 8 might have been too big though. I really do like these, but the boot rubbing is a major problem.
