I use this knife everyday since the day I bought it. It cuts tomatoes thinner than any knife I've owned. I use it to cut everything from pizza crust to frozen bananas.

I was curious how a ceramic blade would be; so I ordered one of these knives. Ever since I received it, it has been the knife I reach for again and again. The blade is quite sharp, and the knife is comfortable in my hand. The only downside is that the end of the blade is rounded, which is fine for slicing and dicing, but it makes it more difficult to poke out the green center of an onion. Even so, I love this knife. According to the product description, the ceramic blade is supposed to stay sharp longer. I have not had the knife long enough to comment on that, but I am hoping it to be so.
