3.0 out of 5 stars. Blade heft and steel are good but .....Verified Buyer Reviewed by D. from Southeast US on Thursday, May 22, 2014This knife was compelling because of the quality perceived based on the list price, value based on the STP price; and the steel type / blade size. It is the only Boker product I've seen. The fit / finish overall just do not indicate even the minimums expected from an $80 knife. There are no stainless liners as the G10 scales are the only supporting structure of the body. The blade is quite stout but arrived with only 'OK' sharpness. Other reviews have critiqued the clip design; unless specially handled the clip will not resurface before the blade contacts it before full closure. Although this system does leave a bit more to be desired I probably could have overlooked the clip quirks. This knife was returned because there are and likely will be better choices for the dollar spent.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Nice knife with a good blade.Reviewed by Montana Michael from Montana on Wednesday, February 12, 2014This is a good all-around knife; too bad it's on closeout. I'll have to wait to use it a few times to judge the strength and durability of both the blade and the handle but I like it out of the box.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Good but badVerified Buyer Reviewed by turbospl311 from Meridian, ID on Tuesday, February 12, 2013Belt clip retracts into knife when blade is open, but fast blade closing catches on plastic inner piece for belt clip and blade won't close all the way.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Over thoughtVerified Buyer Reviewed by Easy Morning Rebel from the bluegrass on Tuesday, May 22, 2012The problem with this design is if you are applying any pressure to the pocket clip when closing this knife the retractable clip goes back into the handle preventing the blade from closing. If one practiced closing it without touching the clip it could be remedied but that shouldn't be necessary.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Tactical UtilityVerified Buyer Reviewed by Joe from USofA on Friday, March 2, 2012Useful for around the house and out in the woods. I wanted a sturdy knife with one hand access. The one handed opening was really stiff to start but has loosened up. The one handed closing is still difficult esp with the retractable clip which for a right hander, gets in the way of the blade as it is closing. The blade is sharp and has retained it's edge during my month of light usage. The blade is thick and looks like it can take some abuse. The handle is rough and slip resistant.
- Pros: Sturdy
