“This knife is excellent for all sorts of vegetable chopping-slicing which is what it was made for. It has a small handle that has been criticisized in other reviews, but for my family, the moderate handle size is a plus. Use of the knife requires care because it holds such a fine edge. The smaller Boker kitchen knife has also replaced our paring knife.”
