Bokers have hit or miss quality, I have found. This knife is really good quality. Nice pivot action with slight friction (but not too much) and good spring force in the backspring (but not too much). Fit and finish are excellent. Materials are top notch. I ordered a second one.

This is a well-made knife. The blade is very sharp, as is usual with all pocket knives of modern manufacture. The handles are unique and inticately sculpted. A bargain at this price.

By Qigong4HealingVerified Purchaser from Chicago, IL on 11/08/2008
    Pros:
    Attractive Design, Durable
    Cons:
    One dent, Uneven blade cut
    Best Uses:
    Kitchen
    Describe Yourself:
    Budget Shopper
    Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
This knife is a pleasure to hold. Fits my small hand perfectly. The blade is very sharp. I did very neat job slicing onions and tomatoes. This is the best knife I've ever had. There is one small dent on the blade's end and the blade is a bit uneven in the middle(possibly defect that does not affect knife's performance). So I gave 4 stars.

    Pros:
    Comfy to use, Lightweight, Sharp
    Best Uses:
    Chopping veggies paring, Kitchen
    Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I love having a lightweight knife that cuts easily through veggies. I won't trust it long-term until it proves itself, though. That is because some of the most famous brands of knives have failed to hold an edge, and failed to be sharpenable, in my kitchen. {Is it me?} This is my first titanium knife, and mfr. promises it won't rust. I take good care of my knives; don't leave them sitting in water! So, we'll see...! By the way, it has that nice, Japanese-designed flowy/elegant look.

Since my days in the merchant Marines and Navy I have always carried a lockblade, I feel naked w/o one. This knife, once sharpened, is as good as the expensive knives I've owned.

    Pros:
    Good Value, Grippy rubber handle
    Cons:
    Low Quality

If the locking mechanism on this knife was not difficult to use, this would be one of my favorites. I also bought the similar Magnum knife with a micarta handle and it is a MUCH MUCH better quality knife for only a couple bucks more. But for the price, this is a great knife to throw in the glove box, boat, or emergency kit.

    Best Uses:
    Day Trips, Every Day Carrying

This knife is small. Roughly a 2 inch blade. Makes it very convenient to carry, without sacrificing too much in the way of usability. If you need a bigger knife you'll probably know before hand... like when you go hunting, or go to fell a tree... or whatever. The blade is awesome. Powdered titanium, carbides (the ceramic part), and a little silver (who knows why) are powdered, mixed, heated in a vacuum, and cooled for some time to form this amazing blade. It ends up making a blade that holds its edge like a ceramic knife (which is 20-100 times longer than steel knives), but doesn't shatter like one. Its not quite as sharp as a ceramic knife, and it can't hold the edge that very expensive steels can (though even they don't hold it for very long). Its not just a good knife its a great knife. Its also discontinued by the manufacturer in folding knives.. just kitchen knives now. Titanium knives and ceramic knives both have bad reps. This knife doesn't share the bad characteristics of either of those. Honest.
