Great jacket. I got it for warmth/waterproof as I live on the Oregon Coast. Holding up great and I get lots of compliments for style. Just by wearing it I've been invited to the mountains half a dozen times in the last week.

I tried this jacket out and returned it, so I don't know everything about it or how water resistant it is or how it would hold up. I can say that it isn't very warm and doesn't block Chicago wind, which is what I had hoped for. It lacks a double zipper, It's very cute and has lots of nice features, though, such as plenty of pockets, pit zips, gaiter, snap-tight wrists. It might be just fine for early spring/fall weather (temps. in the 40's or 50's) but that's not what I wanted it for.

Got this jacket size XL. Fits a little big but it is for snowboarding so that is good for me. Comparison. I have the Burton AK Turbine XL as well, size about the same.I wore this out on a really cold day 10 degrees but sunny. The jacket kept me warm, no doubt. It also kept me dry. Sitting in the snow, wiping out, etc. The length of the coat was good too as no snow got down my pants when eating it off a jump. The turbine has gore tex which is better waterproofing, if you are not out in a blizzard the Bonfire jacket is good. Also, I put my sleeve under a running faucet to test the waterproofing, the water just rolled off no problem.Bottom line, for [$] bucks it is a good jacket and it looks cool.

I was looking for a new pair of snow pants for my winter activities with double knees: ski patrolling, snow shoeing and hiking. These did not fit the bill. Very stylish but not what I wanted.

Great for any activity in the cold. I ride my bike to work in the winter and love it. Many useful pockets. Best winter jacket I have ever owned!

I wear it daily as my main winter coat. It is lightweight, very warm, and functional. The zippers are excellent and the overall build quality is great.
