These were beautiful, but the arch area is so tiny and the thin leather on the pad of the shoe has the excess leather sewn into the shoe and all you feel is tightness and blistering from the painful raised area on the shoe pad. I've never had shoes that miserable ever! They sure did look great, though!

I suppose that if I had the inclination, I could have worked the leather a bit and maybe gotten them to loosen up, but I just returned them.

The slide covers a large portion of the foot, enabling to keep the foot secure and in place.This shoe would be perfect with a skirt/dress or simply sliding on while walking out the door. It compliments any outfit. The Born Beatrice Leather Sandal provides extra cushioning so be prepared to leave this shoe on the entire day. I hope you buy the Born Beatrice Leather Sandals.
