Really comfortable right out of the box; comfortable and dressy enough to wear all day to the office. I hope they reconsider discontinuing this style :-(

The soles are sturdy and provide great traction over ice and snow. I've worn them to work a couple times and I've gotten several compliments about them from my co-workers.The leather is very soft and supple. They are also warmer than I thought they would be. I hope that doesn't become a problem when winter ends.

Question “I wear a size 7 UK in boots generally. Are the sizes you display a US size and if so do you think the size 8.5 would fit me being that a US size is generally one size bigger. Also if I buy a pair and they are too big can I return them or exchange for another product if you don't have the right size? thank you.”

Question “i have a small ankle and calf. i usually can't wear pull on boots for that reason. too much heel slip. i'm wondering about these boots. are they average around ankle or by chance do they fit snug. that is not mentioned in reviews but i'm still asking. thanks!”

Question “Sizing - I have 2 pairs of Born shoes; one casual pair, one dress. Both in size 13. The casual shoes f|has more room, and am able to comfortably wear medium heavy socks and my orthotics. Dress shoes are smaller - need to wear very thin dress socks. How is the sizing in these boots?”
