    You will have to cover the inside leather holding the straps. Born could've come up with a better way...the leather chafes the inside of your feet.

    They are cute. I am a 7 1/2 and got the 7's, although the 8's might have been too big. Weird thing about only having whole sizes to choose from. But, once I squeeze my feet all the way to the front, they are pretty comfortable.

    As others mentioned, the straps on these are too tight. I'd like to think they would stretch out, but I'm dubious because they're cloth straps, not leather. They look nice, but just are not comfortable and they feel like they would just squeeze my foot right out. Plus, the sole was not as comfortable as I was expecting, as my other pair of Borns have a very comfortable sole.

    I bought these in both 8 and 9 and neither one fit my foot right. Both pairs felt like they were pushing my foot out the back. I do have very high arches so maybe because I could not get my foot in right they did not fit right. As far as the design, they are very cute and would have been great for many occasions. I wanted them to fit.

    I found this sandal very comfortable from day 1. They seemed a tiny bit smaller than my other Born sandals that are also a size 8, but I would not go a size larger. I did not find the straps across the top tight, but I have narrow feet.
