You'll also have to maintain the leather every once in a while. However, if you soak the leather in water, it keeps the contents cooler for a bit longer. You can remove the bladder for cleaning or freezing. We bought this to compliment a costume and it suits its role perfectly. It provides a ready source of cool water on a hot day while wearing a heavy woolen costume.”
