Boulder Gear Kodiak Ski Pants - Waterproof (For Women)

I ordered a larger size in this product hoping that it would not only fit, but provide enough room since I would be wearing layers underneath. These pants were way too small! I was honestly shocked when they came in the mail because I was assuming they would be too big. These do not run true to size at all - be aware if you decide to order these. I would suggest getting at least 2 sizes larger than you normally would!

The pants do run small. I know my size and I would say get the size above what you really are in a regualar pant. Once you get the right size though, they are very warm and comfortable. They do well in winter activities.

Lots of features on these pants! Love that the length is easily adjustable by several inches, to accommodate hiking/ski/play boots. Internal gaiters have snap closure to keep them in place when hiking/x-country skiing/playing with kids in the snow. Plus who doesn't love full side-zip pants?! These replace my waterproof full-zip rainpants for playing in the snow and x-country skiing. Nice to be much warmer without the bulk. Usually wear sz 12 jeans, got these in 14 and the fit is good to wear them over jeans. Articulated knees and elastic waist in back keep them comfortable while moving. If I was wearing tights or leggings with them, I could have gone a size smaller.

The pants make a very good outer layer

I wear a size 2 but ordered a size 4 to be comfortable but it was still too small. Also felt that the waist area was too high...it hit right below my rib cage.

Warm in very windy 20 degree weather - with only a cotton thermal underneath. Comfortable - never in the way, not itchy or binding. Ordered a size 10 (I am a 6 in regular pants) and it fit great. Only complaint is that it needs more pockets - only one rear zip pocket - one on the thigh that you could access on a lift would be ideal.

I hike with my dog and cross country ski in these pants. I wear a size 6 women's jean or a size 8 junior jean. In these ski pants the size 8 fit me perfectly.

First pair of ski pants and very comfortable

Cons: These pants are not made on any normal women's sizing chart. I am a 2-4 normally, but the 4 was too small in the hips. I got a 6 and it's big everywhere. The only real problem with the sizing issue is if they are a bit big the back-pocket bulges out, creating a growth looking thing at the top of one side of your butt. It's noticeable with a short jacket. Pros: They have an inseam adjustment that allows an extra inch up and down. The sidezip and built in gators are a great feature.

I am small and size "0" - it is so hard to find snow pants that fit in the waist. These were a size 4 ... smallest you can ever find and they fit GREAT. Waist adjustment helped and leg was not too big.
