Bowron Curly Sheepskin Floor Cushion - Shortwool, 24"

I bought both a curly haired and a long haired sheepskin pillow. They are both well made. The curly haired one is soft, but the sheep wool is in tight swirls, so the pillow has clean lines.

I thought the curly shortwool sheepskin would be a sheared version of the longwool. Not so. The curly shortwool has a much more wirey, coarse texture than the longwool. The pillows are very firm, and I agree with other reviewers that the sheepskin is surprisingly very stiff and not pliable. Also, I found that the poly inserts are a little undersized and needed to be manipulated to fit properly. I punched the pillows quite a bit to soften them up. However, the appearance is very nice, the taupey-mushroom color is a great warm-grey, the curly texture is a great addition to a room and I decided to use the pillows in the bedroom like euro-shams. I may order down pillow inserts at some point to make them softer, but for now they are very supportive as back-rests in bed. These could also easily be used as floor pillows in a small home. All-in-all a great deal.

I love these pillows! I got one long hair pillow, not only ordered another but ordered two short curly pillows. Must say the short hair is a little bit flat but still love them!!!!

The sheepskin cover of this pillow is pretty nice, but the filler pillow inside does not seem to fit the cover. It's too small, making the pillow seem floppy and understuffed. I sent this back.

great value. I bought 2, got the long hair version as well and I like them both.
