Ordered this tube thinking it would be a good product for the money and discount. Decided to test it out before taking it to the field, and I am very glad I did. One tube held air at 2lbs pretty well. The other tube had a slow leak which lost rigidity within 30 minutes. Thus, the item was defective right from the box. No worries, right? Contacted Caddis warranty/ customer support via Facebook and they were quite responsive. All they wanted was the warranty card and they would ship a replacement. Awesome...or so I thought. Caddis, which is headquarters less than 20 miles from my house, wanted $12 to ship the replacement part. Frankly, I was pretty upset about having to pay another 10% more for a product that didn't work right from the box. I voiced this to Caddis and got no response.
So, back in the box and back to STP it went. STP return was great and I got a different item. I won't buy Caddis again as they should have made a defective product right without the extra cost to me. Had the tube failed in the field on the first use I would have been way more upset. Steer clear of this one.

I bought 10 of these fly boxes for my own use and was disappointed. They came out of sealed plastic bags with missing hing pins. In some cases just one and in others both were missing. Made is US? I was forced to use paper clips to repair the lids and be able to use theses boxes. In all 6 of the 10 boxes had missing pins and had to be repaired in order to use. I cannot say that I would recommend this fly box.

I ordered 2 of these and 1 was missing the hinge pin, which meant it just flops around. Luckily I got them cheap enough that it's not to frustrating.

I like to keep my flies in one of these because they are protected and do not get lost. You can pay a lot for these little boxes. This box is very durable and cheap. It is roomy enough to hold more than a dozen flies.
