These shoes are very soft and comfotable when walking, and I like all three colors for fall and winter.

Question “A comment for your webmaster to improve customer ability to locate products.||I noticed a product in your catalog and tried to find it on the website by searching product name and item number. Both searches returned zero results. ||I ultimately found the product on your site. The problem was the my search terms and a (apparently) limited capability of the site to search partial or similar terms. |-The product number is 5038J, for which I entered 5038 and received no result (when to my mind I should receive any item with the string 5038 preceded, or followed, by any other character).|-The product name in the catalog is listed BRCD, however the web listing is b.r.c.d.. Again, to my mind, both variants of the spelling/punctuation should be tied to the product in your db and either search should return the product. ||On a slightly different note. From the 1000 foot view, I think most people would rather a search return some (any) related result rather than zero results. ||Thanks,|Jeff”
