Although the company is Italian, this item is actually made in China (NOT ITALY!!!). There is a label inside the case that identifies it as Made in China. This case is surprisingly multi-functional, incorporating features of a rolling briefcase and an over-nighter. The file section is removable--it is secured on the inside with velcro. The spinner wheels are the best I have ever seen, and the case is already fitted with a TSA approved lock. It comes with a black fabric, fitted dust-cover. The whole works is as light as a feather--if you are looking forvery stylish, extremely light-weight luggage, this is definitely it!
