Great socks.. Feels greaat, they did exactly what they said they would do.

Everyone had it on the dot which confirmed my purchase. Comfy and cushy, yet not bulky to not fill the shoe too tightly. It's still thick however. I wore both pairs I've purchased already and they did what they were suppose to do. Worth the money. I didn't have any problems with incorrect sizing or mismatched pairs, or any thread pulls. I'd buy more if I need them.

I have only used these for one short hike but can tell they are good for some pretty heavy stuff. One comment, they are not cool, so they are not summer socks. Good cushioning and protect the feet. Buy them for spring and fall.

I hike most every weekend, so I am always trying out new socks, especially when they come highly recommended. These are not my favorite, by a long shot. The top band, around the leg, feels constructed all wrong. I prefer it when a manufacturer uses an alternate,material, with more stretch for the top, if there is a band at all (which I don't think is necessary if the sock is built right in the first place. There are just brands out there a lot better than this. This might be good for folks who live in cold climates and just want a work sock, or a slipper sock.

These are just great socks; durable, well-designed and well made. I"m vaguely uncomfortable saying it, but in my experience, there is a perceptible difference in quality between the UK and South Africa Bridgedales. These are the goods.

Great socks. No material defects as "seconds".

These socks are great for everyday use on cold Florida mornings working outside.

I love Bridgedale socks. I use them skiing and knew I would be just as happy with their hiking socks.
