    I bought three pair cause I was taking my wife backpacking for the first time and I wanted her to have a great experience from the soles of her feet to the top of her head. The socks were so great when I got home from the trip I went on line and bought three more pair. I worn one pair of the them the whole three day trip and they were comfortable and moisture wicking the whole time. And it was pretty hot and muggy at times.

    Grabbed a pair of these to supplement my sock reserves for a 3 day backpacking trip in PA. They worked fine. I can't say they are the greatest sock ever, but they certainly do the job well.

    My wife and I just went on a three day packpack trip and we took a pair each and they were great. My feet have never been so comfortable hiking. My pair got wet at night because they were not completely under the rain fly and I wore them anyway. My feet were still comfortable and they did not get soggy at all.
