I suggest you wake up a good 10 mins early if u plan to wear these socks.they do not go on without a fight, way tight. I wear an 8 1/2 in woman and have very thin feet and ankles.once I finally called for help and managed to get it on my foot it fit length wise so was not a size issue they do not have much stretch at all. I like the way they looked but were thinner/cheaper feeling than expected. if I had paid full retail I would have sent them back.

I could find no "2nds "flaws, & the socks are very pretty, but extremely narrow in the calf, and I have rather thin legs - hard to get on and off and therefore not as comfortable asI would like. But worth trying at a great sale price!

The "first quality" version of these socks would be great. Unfortunately, the "seconds" flaws are quite apparent. I ordered 3 pairs and out of the 6 socks, only 3 are presentable. If you don't mind major flaws (big runs) these are very nice socks. They are thicker than most, but not too thick, they stay up and are nice and high (as knee socks should be). The fabric is great (no itchy wool) and they are a beautiful, subtle design. So, I have 1 beautiful pair of socks with a back-up, which makes them kind of expensive. Oh well.
