Bridgedale Garland Socks (For Men and Women)

I wanted to try these socks just to see what [$]socks were like and thought I could use them this winter with my boots. I purchased a medium knowing that they might come a bit big and I was correct (I wear a 7 1/2-8 shoe). They are warm and comfortable but do not have much elasticity for a knee hi sock. If you have large calves and/or are a man, I think that they would accommodate your needs. They are warm and comfortable other than that and I will wear them with my boots this winter. I hope they will not creep down with activity. I would be torn to recommend these unless your calves are larger than mine, but with the sale price, feel they are worth the cost.

I use them when I drive for the first aid squad. I am a senior and really appreciate the warmth!

Good socks for a good price though I don't think they will hold up as long as more expensive brands of athletic socks.

Soft, nice ivory white color, long enough. Great when I first put them on. But they slid down in no time. Big disappointment. I sent them back.

These are knee socks that end up at your ankles after a few steps. Very disappointing. In elementary school, when we had to wear knee socks with our uniforms, we used rubber bands to keep them up. I'm too old for that now.
