    Bridgedale are the only socks in my drawer. And I always buy them from STP. High quality sock for budget price, Only sock that my big toe can't poke through. No irritating seams. Have thick ones and thinner weight, for different seasons and uses. I like the shorter style of this latest purchase, for summer. Hint: you'll get alot more wear from them if you don't put in dryer.

    These socks have cool designs. But they just aren't in the same category as SmartWool socks because they are missing that wonderful springy cushioning that is in every SW sock. In other words, don't buy these to wear for walking or hiking. They do fit well, there are no seam lines over the toe, they keep my feet dry and they don't stretch out while wearing. They are good for everyday wear to work.

    I love Bridgedale socks and try to pick up extra pairs as they are available @ STP. These particular socks are a little higher up the ankle than my other Bridgedale lightweight socks but that will be a bonus once I get off road. I've used them mainly for road running and so far they're excellent - on par with my other pairs of Bridgedales.
