I've got completely flat feet, but am a gym rat, light hiker, and runner of short (5k and 10k) events. I find Brooks in general to be a good shoe for flat foot over-pronators, but the BEAST and the Adrenaline have been my favorites. I find this model to run ever-so-slightly small - but I have a big ... Read More

My 10th or so pair of Adrenaline GTS shoes... at best price ever.

have really enjoyed the Adrenaline line from Brooks. I am a heavier muscular guy at around 200 lbs. A good shoe is one that you cant afford not to go with. As a heel stricker, it does seem to eat up the bottom heels quickly. It starts getting into the soft piece of the heel. I run typically about 20-30 miles a week and seem to last me about 3-4 months.

My occupation requires me to be on my feet over 8 hours on a daily basis. This shoe is comfortable and will last me anywhere from 3-6 months with regard to it's support. I always buy the discontinued models ie GTS-11, GTS-12 etc. to save the most money!

I was so happy to have found these GTS 12's at Sierra. I tried the GTS 13's elsewhere and was unhappy with the fit. I knew I could count of Sierra to find a pair of these fantastic shoes. Too bad they are closeouts - I will miss them.

I've got completely flat feet, but am a gym rat, light hiker, and runner of short (5k and 10k) events. I find Brooks in general to be a good shoe for flat foot over-pronators, but the BEAST and the Adrenaline have been my favorites. I find this model to run ever-so-slightly small - but I have a big foot (size 13) and can never find a 13.5, and I did not want to go t a size 14. So, I wear really thin socks with these and I did not insert my replacement insoles which
are thicker than the standard Brooks - and these shoes offer GREAT support and shock absorbing goodness with lots of sole.
