    This shoe is a great all-rounder. I use them for running, cycling and general gym use. This is my third pair - I have one pair for wet weather, one for general and one for in gym use.

    I run 50-60 miles per week and also lift about 3 times per week. I compete for a post-collegiate cross-country team and in various road races (5K-half marathon). I use these shoes as trainers (not for racing). They are great for higher mileage, hold their shape well (don't get loose or stretch out) and have a decent amount of forefoot cushioning which a lot of distance trainers lack.

    This is an extremely comfortable sneaker. Excellent support. The style is trim. Many sneakers have that wide foot look that makes your foot look much wider than they are.
