    I have terribble bunions, especially on the right foot with a hammer toe. These sneakers came recommended years ago,just, Adreneline and the updated version is also good for my feet and running.

    I use the shoes mainly on pavement, but also on dirt trails, gravel, woodchips, etc. I am currently training for a marathons, so mostly long miles and easy shorter days with a day or two of speedwork per week. The shoes are very comfortable and lightweight. They look good and feel great. No problems with them yet, just have to see how long they hold up with my training regimen.

    This is my fifth year using this product. I walk the Breast Cancer 3 Day 60 mile walk once a year. I use four pairs during the 6 month training period and the actual 3 Day Event. I use orthotics in the shoes for my flat arches and plantas facia. These shoes give me the support I need.

    I have chosen these shoes mainly because they seem to offer more cushioning than the rest. I jog between 20 25 miles a week on pavement and dirt trails and need shoes that will soften the repeated impact (which is becoming more important at my age). I am a 7.5 and got a size 8 shoes, but even those proved to be too small for jogging. I then ordered an 8.5 and found them to be a much better fit.
